Raintree Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time Client Relations Specialist who is willing to work hard, provide outstanding service to our clients and have the best interest of the patients and practice in mind. A super friendly outgoing personality, ability to multitask and great communications skills are a must! Saturday shifts are required.

DUTIES include (but not limited to):

Answering multi-line phone system; heavy client & patient interaction; accurate recordkeeping & math skills; scheduling of appointments, procedures, & surgeries; cashiering including balancing payment records at end of shift; deposits; ability to quickly learn various medical terminology, aspects & protocol, as well as costs, of veterinary medical procedures, treatments, and surgeries; rooming patients; kenneling patients; using Avimark practice management software; retrieving phone messages; monitoring supplies; faxing & copying; maintaining cleanliness and appearance of client areas; and performing misc. duties as needed.
